Ceiling Balloons: 50 to 70 metallic or chrome finish latex balloons attached to the ceiling using removable glue dots (air-filled, non-floating).
Foil Accents: 1 large cursive "Love" or "Happy Anniversary" foil balloon and 4-5 heart-shaped foil balloons.
Floor Scatter: Approximately 50-80 loose balloons scattered on the floor.

Bed Arrangement

Canopy Tent: Tent-like structure created using sheer white net fabric secured to ceiling or wall hooks.
Lighting: 4-5 strings of warm white LED fairy lights draped over the canopy.
Floral Art: 500g of fresh red rose petals arranged in a heart shape on the bed and scattered on the floor.

Personalization

Photo Strings: 10-15 printed photographs of the couple clipped to hanging ribbons or lights (Digital files required 24 hours prior).

Rooftop Cabana Proposal Setup

Cabana & Structure

Structure: Square 6x6 ft or 8x8 ft frame constructed from pipes, draped with sheer white curtains.
Boho Elements: Includes hanging macrame dreamcatchers, artificial ivy vines, and dried pampas grass.
Lighting: Warm white serial lights creating a lit backdrop effect behind the cabana.

Signage & Props

Neon Signage: Rental of one standard neon sign (e.g., "Marry Me," "Better Together").
Marquee Option: Higher price range replaces neon sign with LED Marquee Letters (approx. 2ft height).

Seating Area

Low Seating: Floor arrangement with a double mattress, white sheets, rug, and 4-6 colored cushions.
Table Setup: Low-height wooden pallet table with artificial flower centerpiece and LED candles.

Pathway

Walkway: 6-foot pathway created with rose petals.
Aisle Lighting: 10-12 glass vase candles or electric lanterns lining the path.

If you’re popping the big question or celebrating an anniversary, I can set up heart-shaped arches, neon signs, rose petals, and light-up props. For anniversaries, you get marquee numbers, custom backdrops, and even a themed swing (jhoola) for the stage. Silver jubilee decor with classic purple and silver is one of my favorites.

Pre-Wedding & Private Celebrations

Engagements, Roka, cocktail nights, or any pre-wedding bash - I bring in stylish balloon arches and trendy photo backdrops. Names, hashtags, and fun messages? Sorted. If you just want something sweet and intimate, I can turn your room or even the trunk of your car into a surprise spot with balloons, lights, and personalized touches.
