Pricing Guide
Classic Room Decor & Photo Hanging
Ceiling & Wall Decor
- Balloons: 50-70 metallic or latex balloons (air-filled) attached to the ceiling using removable masking tape or glue dots. (Note: These are not helium floating balloons).
- Photos: Satin ribbons hanging from ceiling balloons with 12 printed photographs (4x6 inch) attached.
- Foil Banner: One standard 'Happy Birthday' or 'Love' cursive foil balloon (16 inches) on the main wall.
Bed & Floor Setup
- Petals: Approx. 1kg fresh red rose petals arranged in a heart shape on the bed and scattered on the floor.
- Floor Balloons: 15-20 loose balloons scattered to fill the room space.
Logistics
- Duration: Setup takes 60-90 minutes.
- Cleanup: Client is responsible for popping balloons and disposal after use.
Cabana Tent & Fairy Light Setup
Cabana Structure
- Frame: A temporary pyramid or square frame erected over a bed or floor mattress.
- Draping: 20-30 meters of white sheer net/tulle fabric draped to create a tent effect.
- Lighting: 6-8 strings of warm white LED fairy lights woven into the fabric.
Floor Styling
- Petal Art: 1.5kg to 2kg fresh rose petals used to write a message or form a dense heart.
- Balloons: 40-50 metallic balloons (Gold/Red/White) clustered at the base.
- Candles: 10-15 battery-operated LED tea lights placed along the petal design.
Requirements
- Space: Requires a cleared 6x6 feet area or a Queen/King size bed.
- Power: Access to a plug point is required for the lights.
- Rental: Frame and lights are collected by the team the following day.
Ring Backdrop with Neon & Chrome Balloons
Backdrop Configuration
- Structure: One 6x6 foot circular metal ring stand (Gold or White).
- Balloon Garland: Organic style arrangement covering 50-70% of the ring using ~200 Premium Chrome (High Gloss) and Pastel balloons.
- Neon Sign: One rental sign (Choice of: 'Happy Anniversary', 'Better Together', 'Bride to Be', or 'Happy Birthday'). Custom text is not included.
Props & Lighting
- Marquee Numbers: Rental of up to 2 LED Marquee numbers (2.5ft height) denoting age or year.
- Accents: Artificial floral/pampas bunches on the arch and one cylinder plinth for cake display.
Rental Policy
- Duration: Hard props (Ring, Neon, Numbers, Plinth) are rented for 24 hours.
- Recovery: Team visits the next day to dismantle and collect props.
Grand Terrace Proposal with Light Curtain
Main Structure
- Cabana: Large 8x8 ft metal frame setup for open terraces.
- Lighting: High-density LED string lights draped on three sides to create a curtain of light.
- Giant Heart: A 6-foot wire structure completely covered in 300-400 small red latex balloons.
Walkway & Effects
- Signage: 'MARRY ME' Marquee lights or large Neon sign placed centrally.
- Pathway: 6-8 foot walkway made of dense rose petals (3kg) lined with 20-24 glass cylinder vases with candles.
- Special Effects: 2 Cold Pyro sparkles (electric firecrackers) triggered during the moment.
Logistics
- Power: Client must provide extension cords/power source on the terrace.
- Weather: Setup is not wind/rain proof.
- Rental: All frames, lights, vases, and signs are collected the next day.

Proposal Setups
- Think big: "MARRY ME" light-up letters, custom neon signs, giant heart backdrops made of flowers or balloons.
- We go full-on filmy sometimes, with rose petal walkways and candles.
- If you want your own touch, we add your message in lights.
Anniversary & Special Dates
- From first to silver jubilee, we do simple or glamorous. Sequin shimmer walls, balloon garlands, and those huge light-up numbers (like "25") are regular requests.
- Our anniversary backdrop decorations are really for those who want those couple photo moments.
Romantic Room Transformations
- This one's our top hit. We do full romantic room setup with balloons and sheer fabric canopies, fairy lights, rose petals, and even photos hanging from the ceiling balloons.
- The bed setup is usually a heart made with petals, covered in balloons, and a pathway of tea lights leading in.
For Brides-to-Be
- Bachelorette parties get their own vibe - "Bride to be" neon signs, big faux diamond rings, and balloon arches in bold or pastel themes.

- We keep things real. Not everything is perfect, sometimes petals fall off or balloons pop, but the feeling - woh asli lagta hai (that feels real).
