Traditional Haldi Decor with Props
Backdrop & Drapes
- Structure: Metal backdrop stand (8 ft Height x 8 ft Width).
- Fabric: Double-layered yellow Santoon or Polly-silk material with standard vertical pleating.
- Flowers: 10-15 strings of artificial Marigold (Genda) suspended vertically or in an arch formation.
Props & Signage
- Cutouts: One standard 'Haldi' themed cutout in red/gold glitter finish.
- Floor Decor: 2-4 traditional Rajasthani/Phulkari umbrellas and 4-6 decorative kites or tassels on the backdrop.
Seating Area
- Cover: Yellow fabric sheet provided for low seating.
- Cushions: 2-3 bolster cushions or throw pillows matching the theme.
- Note: Client must provide the base mattress or divan; provider supplies covers only.

- Garland: Organic semi-arch covering 50-60% of the ring.
- Quantity: Approx. 200 balloons (Mix of Metallic Chrome and Pastel Latex).
- Accents: Artificial leaves or floral bunches interspersed in the garland.
Lighting & Props
- Signage: Rental LED Neon sign ('Bride to Be' or 'Happy Birthday') hung in the center.
- Cake Display: One cylindrical pedestal or metal wire table (cake not included).
- Foil Balloons: Includes 1 large theme-based foil balloon (e.g., Ring shape or Bottle).

- Timing: On-site inflation and styling takes 90-120 minutes.

- Seating: Two premium decorative chairs or a basic 2-seater sofa.
- Carpet: 10x10 ft green artificial turf patch placed in front of the stage.
Personalization
- Signage: Laser-cut wooden or acrylic names of the couple attached to the backdrop.
Romantic Room Canopy & Balloon Decor
Bed Styling
- Canopy: White sheer net fabric arranged in a pyramid tent style over the bed.
- Lighting: LED Fairy light strings draped over the net.
- Petals: 500g to 1kg of Fresh Rose Petals for bed/floor arrangement.
Balloon Arrangement
- Ceiling: 40-50 air-filled Latex balloons attached with removable tape (Not Helium).
- Floor: 40-50 loose balloons scattered for ambience.
- Foil Accents: 'JUST MARRIED' or message foil balloons plus 2-3 heart-shaped foils.
Important Notes
- Setup Time: 60-90 minutes required.
- Cleanup: Post-event removal of tape and popping balloons is the client's responsibility.

I use bright fabrics and genda phool (marigold) garlands for haldi ceremony decoration ideas. Expect low diwans with cushions and colourful backdrops with phulkari umbrellas and kites. Photos always turn out lively, and the space feels festive without feeling crowded.
Bride-to-be & Bachelorette Parties
You want those insta-perfect Bride-to-be party decorations? I do modern setups - circular ring backdrops, arched panels, all loaded with balloon garlands. Outdoor terrace parties get fairy light canopies and comfy seating. Neon signs, foil balloons - you choose the colours, I make it pop.
Engagement & Sangeet Touches
My floral arch setup for engagement is simple, elegant, and dense with flowers. I mix artificial blooms, drapes and lights for backdrops that work in any home or venue. Neon signs like "Better Together" or "Happily Ever After" add that bit of romance.
