Marquee Letter Proposal Setup

Letters & Lighting

Marquee Text: Large (2.5ft - 3ft) LED illuminated letters spelling "MARRY ME" or "LOVE". Lower price range may substitute with a Neon Sign.
Ambient Light: 20-30 LED flameless pillar candles placed along the aisle or around letters.

Floor Styling & Florals

Rose Petals: Fresh petals scattered on the floor.
- Standard: Defined aisle or heart shape (2-3 kg).
- Premium: Dense carpet effect covering the full area (5-6 kg).
Vases: 4-6 glass cylinder vases with approx 24-30 stems of red roses.

Balloon Arrangement

Quantity: 40-60 Heart-shaped balloons.
Type: Mix of Red Foil hearts and Latex balloons.
Setup: Floating effect (helium/stickers) or floor bouquets depending on venue rules.

Logistics

Includes transport of rental props within city limits.
Includes 2-person team for setup and breakdown.

Shimmer Wall & Balloon Backdrop

Backdrop Structure

Option A (Standard): 6ft Circular Ring Arch draped with fabric and balloons.
Option B (Premium): Full 8x8ft Shimmer Wall (Gold, Silver, or Black sequins) OR decorated Metal Swing.

Balloon & Floral Garland

Volume: Approx 200-350 balloons arranged in an asymmetrical organic style.
Material: Premium Chrome (metallic), Pastel Matte, or Confetti balloons.
Accents: 10-15 artificial floral bunches (Roses/Peonies) mixed into the garland.

Signage & Props

Neon Sign: "Happy Anniversary" or "Happy Birthday" mounted on backdrop.
Marquee Numbers: LED numbers (e.g., "25", "50") approx 2ft height. Included in high price range only.
Cake Stand: One cylindrical metal or acrylic plinth.

Lighting

1-2 LED PAR cans (uplights) to illuminate the backdrop sequins.

Traditional Haldi & Mehndi Decor

Backdrop & Draping

Structure: 8ft to 10ft wide truss-supported backdrop.
Fabric: Satin or Georgette drapes in Yellow, Orange, Hot Pink, or Parrot Green.
Florals:
- Standard: Vertical strings of fresh Marigolds (Genda).
- Premium: Dense floral headers using mixed Marigolds and Tuberoses (Rajnigandha).

Ethnic Props

Hanging: Rajasthani embroidered umbrellas or Kaleeras suspended from truss.
Floor: Brass pots, decorated Earthen Matkas, or wooden crates with flowers.
Signage: Custom welcome board on easel.

Seating Styling

Furniture: Styling for a Charpai or 2-seater Sofa (Note: Sofa to be provided by client/venue).
Textiles: Includes phulkari dupatta draping, colorful cushion covers, side bolsters, and a floor rug.

Anniversary & Proposal Setups

For romantic anniversary backdrops, I do everything from shiny shimmer walls to custom neon signs. If you love those light-up numbers, I’ve got them too.
Planning that big “Marry Me” moment? Expect giant letters, rose petals everywhere, and heart balloons. It’s intimate, but not over-the-top sappy.
Not every theme is a hit - sometimes classic silver & white works best, but I’m happy to experiment with lavender or pink if you want.

Pre-Wedding Fun

Themed bachelorette party decoration is my jam. Rose gold, boho, or low-key chill - your call. Props like giant rings and neon signs always get people in party mode.
For haldi & mehndi color setup, it’s all about marigold garlands, bright drapes, and comfy seating. I’ll throw in traditional stuff like charpai and hangings so it feels full desi.
