The Evolution of Aachar
For us, this is more than just snacking. We started 13 years ago in a tiny kitchen, simply trying to capture the taste of Sunday meals and monsoon memories in a jar. Whether it is our traditional Khatti Keri Mustard Pickle or our modern Chunda Sauce, every product follows the same ritual. We source raw mangoes from places like Valsad and let the sun do the heavy lifting, fermenting in clay pots rather than using industrial heat.
Why Small Batch Matters
We believe that speed kills flavor. By keeping our batches small, we ensure that every jar gets attention. We do not use artificial colors or preservatives like Sodium Benzoate. Instead, we rely on cold-pressed oils and the natural preservation power of hand-pounded spices. You will see this in the texture: our pickles are chunky and uneven, not pulped into a uniform mash.
