My Story
People always ask, shaadi mein sabse important kya hota hai? Khana! (What's most important at a wedding? Food!) Lights, flowers, sab bhool jaate hain, par ek zabardast meal yaad rehti hai. 10 saal, 5000 events ke baad, I still get excited about making food that tells a story. Kabhi Nihari 2.0, kabhi Multani Stuffed Paneer Tikka - hum har dish ko star banana pasand karte hain. For us, har event ek nayi kahani hai.
