About Artisanal Beverages & Refreshments

You do not want a beverage station where people just grab a drink and walk away. My tea corner is set up with cutting chai, ginger, and jars of biscuits like Parle-G, so it feels like sitting at a local roadside stall rather than a stiff catering counter. When we do mocktails, we focus on the theatrical element, whether it is a smoky jamun cooler or a fresh fruit spritz, so guests actually stop to watch the drink being made before they take their first sip.

I see beverages as the ultimate icebreaker. While the main buffet is for satisfying hunger, the drink counters are where guests linger, chat, and relax. I focus on bringing high-energy, interactive elements to the beverage service, moving away from standard, pre-poured setups.

My tea and coffee setup is built on nostalgia. We use traditional clay kullads, serve piping hot ginger tea, and keep jars of classic snacks like Parle-G nearby. It is a simple setup, but it draws crowds because it feels familiar and comfortable.

On the other hand, the mocktail bar is designed for visual appeal and freshness. My team works live, muddling fresh fruits and herbs for drinks like the Summer Elderflower Spritz or our signature smoky Jamun cooler. We do not just serve drinks. We put on a show. We focus on the details, like salting rims, choosing the right glassware, and garnishing with fresh fruit.
