We don't guess. We look at data, and then we apply that to the food you have access to and the meals your family actually enjoys.

I specialize in gut health, hormonal balance (PCOS, painful periods, acne), and managing blood sugar. But I am also a huge fan of food. We use real, science-backed protocols—like FODMAP adjustments or seed cycling—to manage symptoms, but we do it using ingredients you already have in your pantry.

My programs are partnerships. I don't give you a static, 'one-and-done' sheet and wish you luck. Whether you choose my 4-week strategy or my 12-week coaching program, I am here to monitor your progress, adjust for travel or festivals, and guide you until healthy habits feel like second nature.
