This is my own transformation, from 65kg in 2021 to 92kg in 2023. This is not a shortcut, it is pure mehnat and the result of a solid nutrition plan that I built for myself.
Currently in my bulking season at 102kg. To build quality muscle, you need a proper bulking diet plan with the right calories and protein, not just junk food. I create these custom meal plans for serious muscle gain.

I do not provide generic templates that anyone can download online. My diet plans are built around your life—your food preferences, your budget, and the ingredients available in your kitchen. We focus on macro-balanced nutrition using staple Indian foods like Paneer, Soya, and Roti. Whether it is a specialized Navratri weight loss diet or a high-calorie bulking plan, every meal serves a purpose.
Powerlifting and Strength Training
My coaching is rooted in the iron game. I am a state-level powerlifter, and I only teach what I have mastered myself. We focus on the fundamentals: squat, bench press, and deadlift. Proper form is non-negotiable because injury prevention is part of the game. If you are training at The Hercules Gym in Alwar or joining me at Anytime Fitness in Dwarka (Sectors 7, 17, or Dabri), we will track every lift and every calorie.
