We don't just count reps in silence here. Our sessions integrate agility drills, team-based games, and impromptu challenges designed to keep your heart rate up while you are distracted by the fun. Whether we are doing high-energy Zumba or functional core drills, we inject humor, games, and the occasional 'Shavasana sabotage' to keep things unpredictable.

Our primary hub is in Sector 61, where we run small-to-medium batches of 8 to 15 members. This size allows us to focus on your form while keeping the energy high. Whether you are a beginner looking to get moving or someone who just needs a positive space to sweat, we have a spot for you. Come for the fitness, stay for the dhamal (blast).

I’m Kavya, and I started this studio because fitness felt too serious and lonely. Here, we are a whole gang—my Haseenas Dilrubas—who sweat together and laugh harder. We don't do 'perfect'; we just show up, have a blast, and get fit on our own terms.
