About A Day at the Academy

When you walk onto our mats, you're not just here to workout. You’ll feel the heat, hear the 'Hogli hogli' encouragement, and see what real progress looks like. Whether it's nailing a backflip on our crash pads or practicing combat rolls, we train with a team that spots you every single time.

We built our space to be a high-ceiling warehouse where you can push your limits safely. It's not about looking pretty; it’s about 'bisi' (heat) and hard work. Our daily routine includes rigorous conditioning, where we focus on flexibility and raw strength before we ever touch complex stunt work.

You will see students at every level, from kids learning their first cartwheel to actors sharpening their reaction timing. We keep it real. There is no polish, just raw training. We prioritize safety using crash pads and harnesses, so you can go for that jump without fear. This is where you build the foundation, the rolls, the falls, and the kicks, that turns an aspiring performer into a stunt artist. Whether you are at our RR Nagar or Banashankari facility, the focus remains on personal growth and community support.
