My Story: From Corporate Grind to Fitness Coach
I didn't start in a gym; I started in a cubicle. Leaving a stable corporate job at Amazon and PayPal in 2020 was a massive risk, but it was the only way to prove that fitness doesn't require a magic pill.
This is my story of how faith changed my life. I took a leap of faith in 2020, quitting my corporate job at Amazon & PayPal to become a coach. It was my wife's and parents' unshakable faith that gave me the strength to turn my passion into my profession, going from one client to over 1000 globally.

Back in my teens, I was insecure and hated how I looked. An unfit body chips away at your confidence. For me, taking action in the gym, fueled by a desire to improve how I looked, completely reshaped my life and my self-esteem.

About My Story: From Corporate to Coach
In 2020, I was earning a stable salary at a top corporate job, but I felt unfulfilled. I took a massive risk, facing zero income overnight, because I knew the standard advice being shoved at parents was broken. That transition wasn't about finding a magic pill for weight loss; it was about proving that you don't need a gym membership or fad diets to reclaim your health.
When I left my corporate career, people thought I was crazy. I had a steady paycheck from Amazon and PayPal, but I also had a burning desire to fix the massive gap in the Indian fitness industry. The 'fit' advice available was either for elite athletes or just plain marketing nonsense. I wanted to help the people I saw around me—the busy parents, the IT professionals, and the moms—who were exhausted, stressed, and told that 'being tired is just a part of growing up.'
I didn't transition into coaching to preach. I did it to build a system based on what actually works for a regular Indian lifestyle. My methodology is rooted in the same principles that saved my own health: sustainable portion control, using the ghar ka khana (home-cooked food) you already eat, and short, effective home workouts that fit into a 24-hour day where you are already stretched thin.
Since 2020, I have guided over 1000 people. We don't track macro-nutrients to obsess over them; we track them to build awareness. We don't do hour-long gym sessions; we do strength training that fits into 30 minutes at home. My story is proof that you don't need a perfect environment to start your transformation. You just need to stop believing the excuses and start prioritizing your health. If you are ready to stop feeling like a 'tired parent' and start living, let's get to work.
