About Our Studio & Facilities
When you walk onto our floor, you'll see it’s not just rows of iron. We have a dedicated AC studio for Zumba and yoga, plus a full-weight zone built for everything from calisthenics to heavy lifting. Our trainers are always roaming to fix your form, so you’re never just guessing what to do.
Our facility is designed to keep you moving. The studio is fully air-conditioned with wall-to-wall mirrors, perfect for those high-energy Zumba sessions or focused yoga flows. We use wooden laminate flooring to protect your joints during floor work and HIIT. On the main gym floor, we’ve packed in everything you need: commercial-grade treadmills and ellipticals for cardio, and a heavy-duty free weights zone with dumbbells and barbells for your strength gains. We know the practical stuff matters. We provide RO drinking water, changing rooms, and lockers (just bring your own padlock to keep things secure). We are open from 05:30 AM to 10:00 PM, giving you space to train early or late. While 4-wheeler parking is street-only, we have dedicated space for 2-wheelers. Whether you are into bodybuilding or just need a stress-busting group session, the setup is here and ready.
