My Baking Style

I get a kick out of making simple, beautiful cakes that actually taste good. The best part for me is seeing your reaction when you get your cake - that’s what keeps me going. I stick to the basics and pour my heart into every order.

What Sets My Cakes Apart

• 100% eggless, always. My kitchen is fully egg-free, so you don’t have to think twice about ingredients.
• I run a Jain cloud kitchen. No onion, no garlic - total shuddhata (purity) in the process.
• Whipped cream is my jam. Most cakes have a fresh, airy whipped cream finish. I use fondant only for small touches, not for covering the whole cake.
• No shortcuts - sab kuch fresh (everything fresh), made from scratch. You get real flavours, not premixes.

Once you’ve decided, we chat about the design and flavours. Cake comes in an AC cab, nice and chill, anywhere in Mumbai.
