Your mind works like a music app's algorithm. If you focus on positive, energetic thoughts, your life will match that frequency. Take two minutes a day to visualize the life you want, because the magic happens within you.

Is a fitness program "too expensive"? This reel breaks down the cost of inaction. We often spend more on a single medical test to diagnose a problem than on a month of training to fix it. Fitness is an investment, not an expense.

To every woman out there, you are powerful and extraordinary. This is my Women's Day message to remind you that you are enough, you are worthy, and the world is a better place because of you. Keep shining.

Are you stuck in the "I'll start next week" loop? The perfect time will never come. Imagine the strength and confidence you would have today if you had started six months ago. Your time is right now.

There is nothing in this world that can hurt you as much as your own thoughts, and nothing that can make you as strong. Control your thoughts through physical activity and meditation, and you control your life.

My humble request: don't skip this. We work hard for our future, but what good is it if poor health forces you into hospitals? India is facing an obesity crisis. Let's make fitness a part of our lives today for a better tomorrow.

The harsh reality of fitness in India. We hesitate to spend on our health but splurge on temporary pleasures. Health is not an expense, it's an investment in you, your family, and your future.

"What you're not changing, you're choosing." If you're complaining about your health, your job, or your life but doing nothing to change it, you are actively choosing it. Think about it.

After a 4km beach run, I was reminded that health is everything. We have thousands of problems until we have one health problem, and then everything else fades away. Don't take your ability to move for granted.
