During the festival season, we keep our Yari Road counter running until midnight. We don’t prep these sweets days in advance, so when you pick them up, the Malpuas are still warm and the Rabdi is perfectly chilled.

Our process is simple. We use fresh milk for our Rabdi, slow-cooked in large pans to get that thick, creamy texture that pairs perfectly with our Malpuas. We don't use preservatives, which is why we recommend consuming these treats while they are fresh. Whether you need a small box for your family dinner or a bulk order for an Eid celebration, we manage the prep based on your request.
