We do not believe in pre-made sweets that sit on a buffet table for hours. When you book our live dessert counters, you see our chefs frying malpuas and swirling jalebis in pure ghee right in front of your guests. It is not just about the taste; it is about that fresh, hot, and crispy texture that you simply cannot get from a catering service that pre-plates everything. Practical Details for Your Event
When we set up our dessert stations, we need a bit of space and ventilation, especially for the live charcoal or tawa sections. Our team manages the entire process—from the gas burners and heavy-duty kadai to the plating—so your guests get their sweets hot and fresh. We generally recommend allocating a dedicated area for the dessert counter to manage the crowd that naturally gathers around the frying station. If you have a specific theme or colour palette for your event, mention it when we chat, and we will try our best to match the presentation.
