Our Story & Food Philosophy

Since 1992, hum log (we) have been part of Mumbai’s biggest and smallest celebrations. My father, Haji Riyaz Shaikh, started Farhaad Restaurant & Caterers with one rule: QUALITY FIRST. Aaj bhi (Even today), I follow his legacy. We’re known for food that guests actually remember and talk about. Sab ne tareef ki hai (Everyone has praised it), and that’s honestly our biggest achievement.

• Mughlai food for parties is our specialty: Dum Biryani catering Mumbai is why most people call us, but we also have zaaykedar (flavorful) kebabs, legendary Raan, and more.
