Behind-the-Scenes Event Decor and Custom Planning
See how we turn rough sketches into real-life celebrations. From initial 2D plans to final execution, this is the hard work that goes into every detail of your event.
This is how I bring a theme to life. For this 50th birthday, I presented the client with a 2D design for a Versace Medusa theme and then my team and I executed it, adding extra embellishments like the lion head to make it even better.
I have an infinite love for events and being on stage. This video captures me in my element, overseeing a Sangeeth production and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere I helped create.
It's all about the little details. These unicorn-themed party favors, complete with custom cups and gift boxes, are an example of how I ensure every part of an event is perfectly on-theme.

About this collection
When we work on a theme, the 2D sketch is just the start. At our recent Versace-themed event, for example, we decided on-site to add a gold lion-head embellishment to the backdrop to break the symmetry. It wasn't in the original plan, but it made the whole setup pop. We believe in staying flexible while building, because sometimes the best design choice happens only when you see the materials under the venue lights.
Building an event is not just about placing decorations. It is a process of turning a concept into a physical space, and at Events Factory, we take that seriously. Whether we are working on a 50th birthday or a traditional Sangeeth, we follow a strict production flow to ensure the final result matches the vision.
Our Production Process
- The 2D Blueprint: Every event starts with a sketch. We map out the placement of panels, seating, and lighting, so you know exactly what the stage will look like before we arrive at the venue.
- Custom Fabrication: We don't just rent generic items. We build our own plywood backdrops and laser-cut props in our workshop. This allows us to handle specific requests, like 3D floral pasting art or complex acrylic signage, that you won't find in standard decor packages.
- The Final Touch: We always account for 'the madness behind the scenes.' Our team arrives hours before your guests to handle the concealed wiring, floral arrangements, and stage lighting. We believe in extreme detailing, which means checking how a lotus is folded or ensuring the neon signage sits perfectly on the panel.
Why Process Matters
When you see the final photos, they look seamless. But behind the scenes, we are managing LED walls, sound systems, and hanging floral installations that need to be structurally sound and safe. We love sharing these behind-the-scenes moments because they show the effort behind the result. If you have a specific theme in mind, or if you need a full venue transformation, we are ready to build it from the ground up.
Events Factory
I'm the one who talks, but the real magic comes from my super talented, camera-shy team at Events Factory. We live for that moment when a client sees their idea—whether it's a grand theme or a traditional ceremony—come to life exactly as we planned it. If you want someone who sweats the small details as much as you do, you have found us.
