Vibrant Haldi and Mehendi Ceremonies
Bring your pre-wedding vision to life with custom decor that balances traditional warmth and modern, vibrant styling.
Here is the full view of the beautiful Haldi ceremony stage I designed. The setup features a canopy of hanging floral strings, a tiered seating area with a chevron pattern, and a large brass uruli in the front for the rituals.

Capturing the pure joy of the Haldi ceremony. The bride is showered with flowers and turmeric, and my decor with its bright yellow drapes and floral accents creates a perfectly festive atmosphere.
About this collection
The chevron-patterned stage you see in these photos is one of my absolute favourites. It adds a fresh, modern twist to the traditional yellow Haldi setup, and those hanging floral strings really tie the whole look together. When I design these spaces, I make sure the brass uruli is placed exactly where it needs to be for your rituals, ensuring the decor is not just beautiful to look at, but also practical for the ceremony flows.
For me, Haldi and Mehendi functions are all about capturing that raw, happy energy. Whether you are planning an intimate Arisina ceremony at home or a high-energy Mehendi bash, I focus on the details that make the photos pop. I love working with fresh, fragrant blooms like jasmine and marigolds, but I also enjoy bringing in bohemian elements like tassels, quirky props, and colourful drapes to change the mood completely.
Everything you see here started as a 2D sketch in my workshop. We build our own plywood backdrops and structures in-house, which means I can customise the size to fit your venue perfectly, whether it is a compact living room corner or a sprawling lawn. If you have a specific colour palette in mind or want to incorporate traditional elements like banana leaves or lotus folds, just let me know. I am all about that 'extreme detailing'—if it looks good in the sketch, we make sure it looks perfect on the day of your event. If you are worried about space constraints, we can also scale the design to ensure it feels full and festive without overcrowding your venue.
