Pricing Guide
Standard 8x8ft Haldi & Mehndi Backdrop
Structure & Lighting
- Frame: Standard 8 ft (height) x 8 ft (width) iron backdrop stand.
- Drapes: Multi-layer polyester or net fabrics in traditional themes (Yellow/Green or Pink/Orange).
- Lighting: Fairy lights installed behind sheer fabric layers for a glow effect.
Props & Decor
- Header: Heavy top border with artificial Marigold strings and fabric roses (stain-free).
- Hangings: 4 to 6 embroidered Rajasthani umbrellas and traditional kite/dreamcatcher props.
- Signage: One standard cutout reading 'Haldi', 'Mehndi', or 'Bride to Be'.
Logistics
- Service: includes delivery, 90-minute setup, and dismantling.
- Rental: Valid for a standard event duration of 4 to 6 hours.

- Style: 8x8 ft backdrop or semi-arch canopy using light-colored net fabrics (White, Gold, or Yellow).
- Accents: Artificial green vines bordering the frame and warm white fairy lights.

Floor Seating
- Base: Floor mattress arrangement covered with a clean white ceremonial sheet.
- Comfort: Includes 4 to 6 colorful ethnic cushion covers or bolsters.
Fresh Floral Art
- Rangoli: Intricate floor design made using fresh Rose and Marigold petals.
- Placement: Includes designated floral circles for ceremonial Thalis/Bowls.
Floral Walkway & Entrance Arch
Walkway Design
- Dimensions: Linear floor path approx. 10 to 15 ft long leading to the venue.
- Materials: Created using a mix of loose fresh Marigold and Rose petals.
- Art: 'WELCOME' written on the floor using contrasting flower petals.
Door Arch
- Structure: Decoration for the main entrance door/gate.
- Selection: Choose between an organic balloon semi-arch (approx. 150 balloons) or a traditional Toran with artificial marigolds.
Service Note
- Usage: Setup is included, but post-event sweeping/cleaning of petals is not included.

Why I Do This
I love seeing families smile when their homes get a full desi makeover for big moments. My job? Turn your Haldi, Mehndi, or Annaprashan into a real celebration, not just another function. Nothing too fancy, but always warm and festive - just how we like it.
What I Bring to Your Ceremony
- For Haldi or Mehndi, I go big on colour. Think lots of yellow and green fabrics, a splash of magenta, and fairy lights peeking through sheer drapes. Basically, your home turns into an Insta-ready spot.
- Flowers everywhere - genda (marigold) phool ladis, rose petals, matkas filled with blooms. That marigold flower decor just feels right for these days.
- Quirky props? Of course! You’ll see Rajasthani umbrellas, kite-shaped hangings, and custom signs for Haldi or Mehndi.
- For Annaprashan, I make a cute, soft seating area with a net canopy and twinkling lights. There’s a ‘Shubh Annaprashan’ banner and a colourful floral rangoli design for events, plus little spots for all the pooja bowls.
Extra Touches
- Flower rangoli at the entrance or inside, always fresh, sometimes simple, sometimes detailed.
- For bigger events, I can do dry ice or cold pyro for that wow factor. Not everyone wants it, but it’s fun if you do.
