Standard Welcome Home Room Decor
Core Decoration
- Ceiling Setup: 40 to 60 air filled latex balloons attached to the ceiling using glue dots or masking tape with dangling curled ribbons.
- Wall & Floor: 4 to 6 balloon bunches on walls and 30 to 50 loose balloons scattered on the floor.
Themed Elements
- Text Foils: One set of 16 inch alphabets spelling WELCOME BABY, ITS A BOY/GIRL, or OH BABY.
- Character Foils: 2 to 3 large themed foils (approx 24 to 30 inches) such as a Baby Bottle, Stroller, or Footprint.
- Accents: Small star or heart foils added to the wall bunches.
Execution Details
- Duration: Setup takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
- Material: Standard metallic or pastel latex balloons. Note that these are air filled and will not float.
- Adhesive: Tape used is generally wall safe but removal should be done carefully.

Backdrop Structure
- Frame: 6x6 foot Circular Metal Ring stand (rental item).
- Covering: Bare metal frame with balloons or flex fabric cover depending on design choice.
Balloon Arrangement
- Style: Semi arch arrangement covering 50% to 70% of the ring circumference.
- Type: Mix of Metallic, Pastel, and limited Chrome balloons in standard density.
Props & Accessories
- Signage: One standard rental Neon Light (Oh Baby, Happy Birthday, Boy or Girl) or Cardboard text cutout.
- Cake Display: 1 Cylinder Plinth (White or clear) for placing the cake.
- Base: Simple balloon clusters at the bottom of the ring.
Rental Policy
- Return: The ring, neon sign, and plinth are rental assets and will be collected after the event.

- Structure: Set of 3 Arch Panels or one large U shaped backdrop (approx 7ft height x 8ft width).

- Arrangement: Organic style flowing garland running along one side and top of the backdrop.
- Volume: High density (400+ balloons) using varying sizes (5 inch to 18 inch) for texture.
- Types: Includes premium Chrome and Confetti balloons mixed with standard colors.
Props & Lighting
- Cutouts: 2 to 3 Large Sunboard cutouts (2 to 3 ft tall) matching the theme placed on the backdrop or floor.
- Illumination: 1 to 2 LED Par lights provided to light up the backdrop.
- Accessories: One Cake Table/Cylinder and themed floor detailing like an artificial grass patch.
Logistics
- Setup Time: Requires 2 to 3 hours for installation.
- Space: Minimum 10ft x 8ft clear wall space required.
- Tear Down: Staff returns to dismantle the structure.

Hi, we’re Vaishnavi Events. Balloons are our thing – birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, you name it, we’ll jazz it up. Sometimes clients call us last minute, and we’re there, even at 1:30 am for tricolor balloon decorations! Bas kaam poora hona chahiye (The work just needs to get done).
