Welcome Home Balloon Arch & Room Decor
Entrance Setup
- Door Arch: One semi or full arch created with approximately 150-200 standard latex balloons attached to the main gate or door.
- Color Palette: Choice of Blue/Silver, Pink/Gold, or Pastels.
- Signage: One set of 16-inch foil balloons spelling 'WELCOME BABY' or a card-stock banner.
- Themed Foils: 2 to 4 themed foil balloons (Baby Feet, Milk Bottle, etc.) attached to the arch structure.
Room & Floor Elements
- Floral Text: A 'WELCOME' or 'BOY/GIRL' message created on the floor using fresh rose and marigold petals (Approx 2ft x 4ft).
- Loose Balloons: 30 to 50 air-filled balloons placed loose on the floor or attached to the ceiling with removable tape.
- Ribbons: 1-meter curling ribbons attached to the ceiling balloons.
Logistics
- Time: Setup takes approximately 45-90 minutes.
- Disposal: Client is responsible for popping and disposing of balloons post-event.
Circular Ring Decor with Neon & Organic Balloons
Backdrop Structure
- Ring Frame: Rental metal ring stand (6ft to 7ft diameter).
- Organic Garland: A mix of Metallic, Pastel, and Chrome balloons (200-300 count) covering 60-70% of the ring circumference.
- Neon Sign: Rental LED signage mounted on the ring (Options: 'Oh Baby', 'Happy Birthday', 'Better Together').
Props & Accents
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylindrical stands or transparent 'BABY' blocks filled with mini balloons.
- Cutouts: 4-6 themed cardstock cutouts (Butterflies, Jungle Animals, etc.) attached to the balloon garland.
- Lighting: Fairy lights intertwined within the balloons or draped behind the structure.
Rental Terms
- Hardware: The metal ring, neon sign, and cylinder stands are rental items and will be collected after the event.
- Power: Requires a power outlet within 5 meters for the neon sign.
Grand 8x8ft Custom Theme Wall
Main Backdrop
- Structure: Heavy-duty rectangular truss frame (8ft x 8ft) that completely masks the rear wall.
- Custom Print: High-quality vinyl flex banner personalized with the baby's name, photo, and theme graphics. (Client keeps the print).
- Balloon Border: Dense L-shaped or inverted-U garland containing 500+ balloons matched to the theme palette.
Themed Elements
- Character Props: 2 to 3 large freestanding Sunboard/foam cutouts (2ft-3ft tall) placed on the floor.
- Marquee/Number: One LED light-up number or large foil number balloon indicating the age.
Lighting & Flooring
- Uplighting: 2 LED Par lights placed at the base to illuminate the backdrop.
- Carpet: Artificial grass turf placed in front of the backdrop for photos.

What I Do: Baby's Big Days
I set up balloon and theme decorations for every baby occasion - from baby shower, chhatthi, to Annaprashan and those first homecomings. I work across Delhi NCR, mostly Noida side. If you want your baby's milestones to look festive, I’m your person.
Celebration Types
- Baby Shower & Gender Reveal: Pink-blue gender reveal balloon setup, teddy bear, butterfly, or just classic pastel "Oh Baby" themes.
- Welcome Home: Entrance and living room decked with welcome home baby entrance decor - foil balloons, flower petals spelling out "WELCOME", colors based on boy or girl.
- Annaprashan & Ceremonies: Annaprashan ceremony decorations with backdrops like "Shubh Annaprashan" or Krishna theme. Chhatthi and naming ceremonies get custom touches - princess, butterfly, or baby’s name on the setup.
- Personalized Touches: I also add names, parents’ names, even photos if you want. Can mix and match colors, metallics, pastels, or something bright.
How I Decorate
- Balloons: Arches, garlands, pillars - any color, any style, that's my main thing.
- Backdrops: Circular rings, shimmer walls, or custom print with your preferred text.
- Props & Lights: Neon signs, fairy lights, display blocks, and themed cutouts like teddy bears or butterflies.
