About Home Entrance & Door Decor
I source fresh flowers from the market on the morning of your event to ensure the decorations stay dense and fragrant. Whether you need a simple 7ft marigold arch or an elaborate jasmine and lotus design for your pooja room, I personally tie every garland on-site so it fits your door frame perfectly and stays fresh throughout your ceremony.
I believe in making a space sacred through traditional craft. My entrance decor is not about mass-produced plastic sets; it is about working with natural, auspicious elements like marigold (Banthi), jasmine (Mallige), and fresh mango leaves.
How I Approach Your Entrance Decor
- Authentic Materials: I use real banana stems, fresh mango leaves, and locally sourced flowers. These materials are chosen for their traditional significance and natural scent.
- Custom Sizes: Every door frame is different. I do not carry pre-made stock. I arrive at your home 3 to 4 hours before the function to measure and tie the garlands directly to your door or railing, ensuring the design is balanced.
- Design Elements: You can choose from my standard designs, like the classic bell-hanging arch or dense, multi-layered floral curtains. If you have a specific color theme for a Varamahalakshmi or Ganesh Chaturthi pooja, I can adjust the flower combinations, such as pairing red roses with jasmine or purple chrysanthemums with yellow marigolds.
Practical Details for Your Booking
- Waste Management: I handle the cleanup. After the decoration is tied, I remove all stem waste and debris, leaving your entrance clean.
- Durability: Fresh flowers are selected for their longevity. With proper hydration, the designs typically last throughout the day of your event, even in Bengaluru's weather.
- Placement: I decorate main entrance doors, pooja room frames, and balcony railings. If you have a specific traditional design from your family heritage, show me a reference photo, and I will recreate it using the freshest flowers available that day.
