From hands-on home composting classes to large-scale community waste management initiatives, I teach you how to turn your organic waste into black gold.

At a workshop, I often use the 'masala dabba' analogy to explain the importance of waste segregation. If you mix all your spices, you can't cook properly. Similarly, if you mix your waste, you can't compost effectively. It's a concept that resonates universally.

The scent of finished compost is the ultimate reward. It's that beautiful, earthy smell you get after the first summer rain. At this workshop, I explained how we transform unwanted waste into something with a fragrance no perfume company can replicate.

My "Composting With Confidence" workshop is about to begin at Ecogram in Bangalore. I'm always happy to host these sessions and share my passion for turning waste into a valuable resource.

This workshop was special as it was conducted right in my own organic kitchen garden. It's the perfect setting to demonstrate the full circle of composting, from kitchen scraps back to the soil that grows our food.

I had a wonderful time at MS Ramaiah college in Bangalore, having a conversation about waste management and sustainability with about 400 students. It's encouraging to see the younger generation's interest in composting.

I was honored to be a speaker on the waste management panel at the SAP Sustainability Summit 2023. It was a great platform to encourage corporations and leaders to embrace sustainability and make responsible choices.

Here I am training staff on our Eartha community composter at the Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Rural Energy and Development in Jakkur. It's always a delight to help communities set up their own composting systems.

I'm proud to be associated with this lane composting initiative in Chennai, led by ROKA and Okapi. They are using our Eira and Eartha community composters to process waste from local homes, keeping it out of landfills.

Our experiment to process dairy rejects at Akshayakalpa using our Eartha composters was a great success. Even tough materials like paneer were broken down completely, thanks to our Excelerator culture and the team's diligent monitoring.

This video shows our Eartha community composters at Akshayakalpa in Tiptur. They process all the kitchen waste from the canteen, which is then used to nourish the beautiful organic vegetable patch that supplies food back to the canteen.

About Workshops, Talks & Community Projects

My workshops are never just about theory. Whether I am talking to a group of 400 students or training a corporate team on large-scale systems, I use my 'masala dabba' analogy to make the science of waste segregation instantly clickable. I focus on the 'why' behind the process, ensuring you understand how to manage your specific bin or site, rather than just following generic rules.
