This timelapse captures the complete construction journey of the Venkateshwar Signature School in Raipur. I managed this project from the empty plot to this finished IGBC Platinum-rated campus, overseeing every phase of development, including structural framework and bioclimatic design implementation.
This is what I mean by bringing plans to life. On top is the initial 3D design for a DPS school, and below is the final building. My project management ensures that the architectural vision is executed with precision, delivering a reality that matches the promise.
This is the IGBC Platinum-rated deep freezer manufacturing unit for Blue Star at Wada. I managed the construction of this large-scale industrial campus, which includes a 3.1 MW captive rooftop solar plant, demonstrating my capability in delivering sustainable and technologically advanced industrial projects.
The Indraprastha medical institute on GT Karnal Road is a testament to managing large-scale, complex healthcare infrastructure. This project, an eight-year journey of dedicated work, showcases my ability to oversee long-term, significant developments from start to finish.
This graphic details the IGBC Platinum rating for the Venkateshwar Signature School, scoring 101 out of 110 points. It is concrete proof of my commitment to sustainability, highlighting excellence in site selection, indoor air quality, water conservation, and energy efficiency.
This is the completed Cancer Block at Venkateshwar Hospital, connected to the main building by a large-span skybridge. Managing the construction of this link was a complex structural challenge that required meticulous planning and on-site coordination to ensure seamless integration.
To ensure efficiency and quality for a South Delhi office facade, we used off-site fabrication for these lightweight aluminum slats. My role includes coordinating such pre-fabrication and delivery, a key part of modern construction management that keeps projects on schedule.
Every major project begins with a crucial first step. This was the bhoomi poojan ceremony for the new 500-bed Venkateswar super speciality hospital in Rohini, marking the start of my management of the entire project lifecycle.

- Periodic Quality & Structural Audits: For clients who have existing contractors but need independent oversight. We conduct 6-8 technical site visits per month, checking structural integrity, reinforcement, and material specifications to prevent execution errors like concrete honeycombing.
- End-to-End PMC: For owners who need a full-time Resident Engineer on-site. This includes complete vendor management, bill certification against actual site progress, and enforcement of safety and sustainability protocols throughout the build.
