A look at the energy, technical focus, and intensity happening on our clay courts in Bikasipura.

This is what our adult group sessions feel like. We focus on high-energy cardio and footwork drills that improve your agility and stamina on the court. It's a great way to get fit while sharpening your tennis skills.

We believe in building a strong foundation. Here, one of our ITF-certified coaches demonstrates the key components of a clean forehand, focusing on a full follow-through and generating spin for a powerful, controlled shot.

Our junior program is all about hands-on coaching. We work closely with young players, feeding balls to help them build muscle memory for their forehand and backhand strokes in a fun and encouraging environment.

It's never too early to start. We guide our youngest players, some as young as five, through their very first steps in tennis, ensuring they learn the correct grip and swing motion from day one.

Our ladies-only batches provide a comfortable and focused environment to improve your game. Here, we're working on generating more topspin on the forehand with a low-to-high swing path for better control and power.

Cardio tennis is a core part of our adult training. This clip shows a dynamic rally drill designed to keep you moving, improve your reaction time, and ensure you get a full-body workout during your session.

We are proud of the progress our players make. This review from a member highlights our focus on technical guidance, progress tracking, and creating opportunities for players to advance their game, whether for recreation or competition.

Energy and enthusiasm are key in our junior batches. This is the starting line for an agility drill, where kids learn to be explosive and quick on their feet, a crucial skill for any aspiring tennis player.

About Featured

When you step onto our clay courts, expect to hear us constantly. We do not just watch you play; we actively correct your footwork and swing path with drills that force you to focus. You will hear us call out 'ball nodi' (look at the ball) and 'left hand up' because building good habits starts with the basics, not just hitting hard. This is the foundation of every session, whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your tournament play.
