The Construction Process

For Western-inspired silhouettes, I rely heavily on internal corsetry. This requires a different approach than traditional wear. We use high-quality internal boning to create a structured bodice that holds its shape. Because fit is the most important element for these designs, I include a minimum of two fitting sessions in the process. This ensures the corset sits correctly, the hemlines are precise, and the drape falls naturally.

Fabrics and Details

I work with premium, fluid materials such as imported georgette, satin organza, and shimmer tissue. These fabrics allow for movement, which is essential for evening events. For embellishment, I use tone-on-tone sequins, Swarovski crystals, and fine glass beads. I focus the work on the yoke or bodice to create a focal point, letting the fabric and silhouette speak for themselves.
