We transformed a space into an ode to the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles. This grand, candlelit tablescape, set under magnificent chandeliers, shows how we create fully immersive worlds for our clients, making every guest feel like royalty.
Why just carry a handbag when you can eat one? For a luxury fashion event, we created this playful salad served in an edible, blueberry-studded purse. It’s this blend of high fashion and culinary wit that defines our approach.
The ambiance of our art-led dinners is everything. Here, a tablescape inspired by the work of artist Idris Khan comes alive with colorful glass, flickering candles, and bold florals, creating an intimate and vibrant setting for a multi-course meal.
This dish was inspired by the vibrant, stacked sculptures of artist Annie Morris. We translated her use of color and form onto the plate with this striking blue rice, surrounded by meticulously placed seasonal vegetables. It’s a dish that’s both a meal and a piece of art.

A dessert fit for a palace. This delicate white chocolate mousse, topped with an edible golden cherub, was the final course for a dinner inspired by the art and architecture of Château de Versailles. Every detail is designed to transport you.
A glimpse into our "Dining Room" pop-up bistro. We love creating these temporary restaurants, turning an empty studio into a buzzing, all-day dining space where guests can enjoy floating small plates, a full bar, and a lively atmosphere.
