About Pop-Up Dining Experiences
Why We Do It
I’m not here just to serve food. For me, it’s about creating a space where food, drinks, and design all tell one story. Each pop-up is like a tiny world - surreal, immersive, and gone in a flash, but it sticks with you long after.
What You Get
A pop-up dining experience isn’t a regular restaurant night. I take any space and flip it into something new. The menu, the look, and even the conversation - everything’s connected. Think of it as a temporary restaurant event with a design-driven supper club vibe.
How We Play
- Some pop-ups are full-on bistros or cafes, open just for a weekend. Picture a place with seasonal dishes, a wine bar, and a buzzing coffee counter, all set up just for those few days.
- I also team up with brands for edible brand activations. We mix food with fashion, design, or even fragrance launches. Sometimes the menu matches a designer’s collection - so you’re actually tasting their style.
Who’s Involved
It’s never just me. I pull in architects, designers, floral folks, mixologists, and more. We work together, whether we’re channeling a painter’s layered look or building a candlelit space that feels like Versailles.
Our Food Story
Every menu is made just for the event, with a lot of thought to balance and style. I love doing floating small plates catering or a flying buffet - guests can move around and chat, and dishes come out fresh, right from the kitchen.

My Story
We’re Eat Drink Design, and honestly, we’re all about connection. Food’s not just food for us – it’s art, it’s memory, sometimes it’s even therapy. We get inspired by artists, fashion, even a wild sculpture or two. Every event is a fresh canvas, and we love teaming up with people who get that. We obsess over the little things, like a praline shaped just right or a menu that’s got your vibe. It’s about making moments, one plate at a time.
My Work
