About Pop-Ups & Immersive Experiences
We handle the spatial transformation as much as the menu. For our recent pop-ups, we partnered with architects and fellow creatives to ensure the lighting, flow, and furniture were as intentional as the plates, creating an environment that feels like a living art piece rather than a temporary setup.
When we approach a pop-up, we ask ourselves what story the space needs to tell. Our process starts by identifying the mood. If it is a brand launch, we study the brand identity. If it is a private gallery night, we look at the artwork.
We bring in partners to handle the setup, such as architects or decor specialists, to ensure the structural design supports the culinary flow. This is not standard catering. We integrate the table layout with the room's architecture.
Whether we are organizing a sit-down dinner with synchronized service or a circulating series of small plates, the service style is tailored to the physical constraints of the venue. We have worked in diverse spaces in Mumbai and beyond, from open art studios to retail pop-ups, and we treat every square foot as a stage. The goal is to build an environment where guests feel they are participating in something exclusive. By focusing on these details, we ensure the event leaves a lasting impression that goes beyond just the meal.
