About Workshop & Class Announcements
My Pitampura studio is more of a quiet hangout than a rigid classroom. During our sessions, we focus on the process rather than perfection, providing you with unlimited stoneware clay and full guidance on the wheel or with hand-building. You walk in as a guest and leave with your own handmade ceramic piece.
Choosing Your Pottery Journey
I offer a range of programs to fit your schedule and goals. My one-day trial sessions are perfect if you just want to experience the wheel without a long-term commitment. For those wanting to learn the craft properly, my 3-month foundation course covers everything from clay preparation and wedging to advanced cylinder construction and trimming. I also host specialized kids' workshops, where children aged 4–12 get to explore their creativity through play and sculpting.
What You Will Learn
- Wheel Throwing: Learn to center the clay, pull walls, and shape functional items like bowls and mugs.
- Hand-Building: Explore pinching, coiling, and slab work to create artistic forms without the wheel.
- Technical Basics: Understand how to prepare clay, manage moisture levels, and handle tools correctly.
