About My Guiding Philosophy
My approach is simple: no fancy powders, no impossible meal prep, and no starvation. We use the kitchen you already have—your dal, your rotis, and your seasonal vegetables. You don't need expensive supplements to fix your gut or manage your weight; you just need to know how to combine what you already eat to make it work for your specific body and metabolism.
The core of my philosophy is that food is medicine. For too long, diets have been framed as a punishment or a period of deprivation, but I have seen firsthand that when you nourish yourself with real, home-cooked food, your body responds with energy and lasting results. Whether you are dealing with PCOD, diabetes, or simply trying to lose weight, we focus on what works for your lifestyle.
My Phased Approach
- 1 Month Starter: We identify your current hurdles and start with 4 weekly charts. This is about medical analysis and setting realistic goals.
- 3 Month Transformation: We move through structured phases like detox and metabolism-boosting. This is where you see the biggest changes in confidence and body composition.
- 6 Month Comprehensive: For long-term goals, we include blood work monitoring and a maintenance strategy so you don't fall back into old habits when the program ends.

- No Supplements: Everything is based on Indian home cooking. If you eat roti and dal, we just optimize how and when you eat it.
