Match Day: The SFL Football League
We believe real match experience is crucial for development. Our teams, including the U9 Young Guns, compete in the Mumbai Football Association backed SFL Football League, putting their training to the test against other top academies.
Strength & Conditioning
Our training goes beyond the ball, focusing on building a strong athletic foundation. We incorporate football-specific exercises like planks, squats, and core work to improve power and prevent injuries, with coaches constantly correcting form.
Speed & Agility Drills
On the field, speed is a game-changer. Our drills use hurdles, cones, and specialized exercises to improve acceleration, quick changes of direction, and overall agility for every player.
Injury Prevention & Medical Assessment
Keeping our athletes healthy is my top priority. Every player undergoes our detailed DSSA Medical Assessment to identify past issues and test physical metrics, allowing us to create personalized, injury-free workout plans.
Online Training Program
We offer online batches for athletes who can't join us in person. These sessions provide the same level of expert coaching and personalized attention, ensuring you can train effectively from anywhere.
