The biggest decision you will make here is choosing between our traditional baked cheesecakes and our eggless cold-set range. Both offer that signature creamy texture, but our baked variety brings the classic dense richness, while our cold-set options are airy and perfect if you prefer eggless treats. It is the most common question we get at the counter, so feel free to ask for a sample if you cannot decide.
