Parenting is not just about raising children; it is about raising ourselves. Here is the 'why' behind my mission and the personal values that drive my coaching approach.

At the feet of Adiyogi, offering myself in gratitude and devotion. My spiritual practice is the foundation of my life and work, providing the stillness and energy that I bring to my coaching sessions.

Wearing my personal motto: "ABHI NAHI TO KABHI NAHI" (If not now, then never). I believe in taking action to improve your life, and I encourage my clients to stop procrastinating and start their journey of personal growth today.

My philosophy of "ABhiGYAAN": Destroy yourself to build yourself. Build yourself to surprise yourself. This is about letting go of limiting beliefs to allow for personal reinvention and unexpected growth.

My brand and life philosophy: "All-Ways Better." I believe we are more than capable, and every day is an opportunity to improve ourselves, especially on the journey of parenting.

The idea of a "New Look" isn't just about appearance; it's about adopting a fresh perspective on your life, attitude, and behaviors. I coach my clients to break old patterns and become unpredictable in their growth.

Meet your coach. This post breaks down my name, ABHISHEK, into an acronym that defines my coaching style: Always Building, Brilliantly Balancing, Healing Souls, and Empowering YOU with Kindness.

Recognizing National Food Is Medicine Day. This reflects my belief in a holistic approach to health, where good nutrition is a fundamental pillar of physical and mental well-being for the entire family.

About Meet Dr. Abhishek: My Philosophy & Journey

I didn't start coaching because I had all the answers; I started because I was drowning in the questions. When I took my children out of school to embrace 'Universe-Schooling,' I realized that learning is a constant, messy, and beautiful process. My philosophy is simple, we are here to grow alongside our children, not just dictate their path. Baat karne se baat banti hai (things get sorted when you talk), so let's start the conversation.

My work is a 'khichdi' of modern psychology, ancient wisdom like Garbh Sanskar, and the brutal honesty of real-life parenting. I don't believe in textbook advice that falls apart the moment a tantrum happens or when life gets messy.

When I decided to remove my children from formal schooling after grade five, people asked, 'ab kya karoge?' (what will you do now?). That journey of 'unschooling' taught me that education is not just schooling. It taught me to unlearn my own ego. My children became my gurus, and that experience forms the foundation of my practice.

Whether I am working with expecting parents navigating the fears of childbirth or couples managing relationship conflicts, I use a blend of NLP, existential psychology, and heart-centered listening. I don't just offer tips; I offer a shift in perspective. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or simply want to create a more conscious environment at home, my role is to help you dismantle those limiting beliefs and rebuild.

I am based in Whitefield, Bengaluru, but I work with families across India through live group coaching and 1-on-1 consultations. If you feel like you are ready for a change, remember my motto: ABHI NAHI TO KABHI NAHI (if not now, then never).
