Parenting is not just about raising children; it is about raising ourselves. Here is the 'why' behind my mission and the personal values that drive my coaching approach.

At the feet of Adiyogi, offering myself in gratitude and devotion. My spiritual practice is the foundation of my life and work, providing the stillness and energy that I bring to my coaching sessions.

Wearing my personal motto: "ABHI NAHI TO KABHI NAHI" (If not now, then never). I believe in taking action to improve your life, and I encourage my clients to stop procrastinating and start their journey of personal growth today.

A professional portrait taken during my Impact Tour. My goal is to help create "Wiser Parents" who in turn raise "Smarter Children," making a positive impact on families across India.

My philosophy of "ABhiGYAAN": Destroy yourself to build yourself. Build yourself to surprise yourself. This is about letting go of limiting beliefs to allow for personal reinvention and unexpected growth.

My brand and life philosophy: "All-Ways Better." I believe we are more than capable, and every day is an opportunity to improve ourselves, especially on the journey of parenting.

The idea of a "New Look" isn't just about appearance; it's about adopting a fresh perspective on your life, attitude, and behaviors. I coach my clients to break old patterns and become unpredictable in their growth.

Meet your coach. This post breaks down my name, ABHISHEK, into an acronym that defines my coaching style: Always Building, Brilliantly Balancing, Healing Souls, and Empowering YOU with Kindness.

Recognizing National Food Is Medicine Day. This reflects my belief in a holistic approach to health, where good nutrition is a fundamental pillar of physical and mental well-being for the entire family.

About Meet Dr. Abhishek: My Philosophy & Journey

I didn't start coaching because I had all the answers; I started because I was drowning in the questions. When I took my children out of school to embrace 'Universe-Schooling,' I realized that learning is a constant, messy, and beautiful process. My philosophy is simple, we are here to grow alongside our children, not just dictate their path. Baat karne se baat banti hai (things get sorted when you talk), so let's start the conversation.
