About The Un-Trainable Programme

The programme adapts to your reality, not the other way around. Whether you are stuck in a hotel with only dumbbells or need to shuffle your session days to accommodate a busy week, we provide specific, evidence-based modifications for your exact situation, ensuring your training never stops just because life got in the way.

Stop guessing what to do in the gym and start following a structured path. The Un-Trainable Programme is built on the principles of concurrent training, meaning we develop strength, power, and aerobic capacity simultaneously.

The Structure

Every week, you get 5 guided sessions delivered via the TrainHeroic app:

  • 3 strength sessions focused on compound lifts to build muscle and force production.
  • 2 hybrid conditioning sessions designed to build your engine without interfering with your strength gains.

Why This Works

We do not rely on rigid percentages that don't account for your daily life. Our system uses auto-regulation, which means your training intensity adjusts based on your actual performance logs and recovery.

Direct Coach Access

This is not a static PDF or an auto-generated workout. You get direct access to me and my coaching partner, Tom. When you hit a plateau or are unsure about your form, you upload a video, and we provide technical feedback.

Flexibility

Most people fail because their programme is too rigid to handle a missed day or limited equipment. We solve this by providing immediate alternatives. If you do not have a barbell, we tell you how to get the same stimulus with dumbbells or kettlebells. If you missed your Tuesday session, we tell you how to integrate that volume into the rest of your week so you stay on track.
