When I take my sound out of Bangalore, I don't just show up and plug in. Whether it is a festival in Goa or a private event abroad, I coordinate with local promoters and tech teams well in advance to ensure the rider is met and the sound system is calibrated for my specific set. Playing in different cities and countries is the ultimate test of a DJ. Every crowd has a different energy. When I played at Crown Club in Doha or the festival circuits in Goa, I had to read the room fast and adjust my flow. That is the experience I bring to every show, whether it is a massive outdoor rave or an intimate private party.
Why Travel Matters
My sets change depending on the location. In an open-air gig in Goa, I might lean into those long, deep, driving psytrance tracks that keep the dance floor moving for hours. In a tight indoor club in Coimbatore or Doha, I tighten up the transitions, keep the energy focused, and play with the acoustics of the room.
The Logistics
I treat every gig like a headline show. If you are booking me for a destination event, here is how I work:
- Technical Check: I coordinate with your local VJ and sound tech. Whether it is a club-standard Pioneer setup or a custom sound system for a farmhouse, I need to know the gear beforehand to make sure the audio quality is tight.
- The Rider: I am vegan, so I have specific requirements for food and beverage. It keeps my energy levels up for those marathon sets.
- Vibe Matching: I do not just play a generic playlist. We will talk about the crowd and the mood you want, and I build the set to fit that.
