At the Console: The Live Experience

byRashAvailable for gigs in BengaluruView full gallery

When I step behind the console, the rest of the world fades out. I live for that moment when the music locks in and the energy on the dance floor shifts.

Just feeling the vibe and dropping some Sunday beats. For me, playing psytrance isn't about overthinking; it's about feeling the music and letting my body react.

A close-up of my hands on the Pioneer DJ console, tweaking the EQs and effects. Every knob turn and fader push is about shaping the sound to guide the dance floor's journey.

Dropping some heavy tracks during a daytime set at Gylt, Bangalore. Even under the sun, I bring the full-throttle festival energy to get everyone moving.

A shot from behind the decks during a packed noon gig at Lux, Bangalore. I love being able to see the crowd react and feed off their energy.

A candid moment captured mid-set, with the red club lights creating a moody atmosphere. My focus is always on the music and the journey I'm creating.

Just vibing and in my element during an outdoor set. It was a pleasure opening for Killatk and setting the stage with some powerful psytrance beats.

Deep in concentration, finding the perfect next track to keep the energy flowing. I love building a set that takes the crowd on a seamless trip.

About this collection

To get that festival-quality sound at your event, I always work with industry-standard Pioneer CDJs and a reliable mixer. I focus on reading the room in real time, shifting from warm-up house sets to heavy psytrance drops to ensure your dance floor stays packed until the very last track.

When you book me for an event, you are getting more than just a pre-made playlist. My live sets are built around the journey. I typically start with Progressive House or Minimal Techno to set the temperature, then transition into my signature Tech-to-Psy style. This approach builds momentum so the peak-hour psytrance drops hit exactly when the crowd is ready.

For private parties, farmhouses, or wedding after-parties, I provide a consultation on the sound setup beforehand. To get that crisp, underground rave sound, I recommend using PA systems and subwoofers that can handle 138-145 BPM basslines. I bring the performance energy, but I also coordinate with your venue VJ to sync psychedelic visuals if you want the full audio-visual experience.

I am based in Namma LURU but travel across India for gigs. Whether it is a sunset session or a 4-hour marathon set, my goal is simple: no overthinking, just dance. If you need a DJ who brings club-level intensity to your private event, let's talk.

I'm Rash, and my life is built around the music and that specific moment the bass drops. When I'm at the console, I focus on the connection between the beat and the crowd, whether I'm playing a sunrise set or a peak-hour rave.
