Here’s a look at one of my Mambo footwork sessions. We break down the steps and rhythms so everyone can catch the groove. My classes are all about building your confidence on the dance floor, one shine at a time.
This is a sneak peek into our team rehearsals, where we drill partnerwork combinations. We focus on clear leading and following techniques to make every move feel smooth and connected. It’s all about practice, fun, and teamwork.
Understanding the music is key. In my musicality workshops, we learn to identify the different instruments in a Salsa track like the Clave, Cowbell, and Guiro. This helps you move beyond just counting steps and start really dancing with the music.
This was a super fun drill to practice soft and light partnerwork connection. The goal is to lead and follow without dropping the paper, which teaches you to be gentle and precise. It’s a great way to improve your technique while having a laugh.

We work on slot maintenance, spin preps, and proper posture so that your connection feels light and intuitive.
