I was absolutely excited to share a dance with the incredible Salsa Queen, Bersy Cortez, at the Pune International Dance Congress. It’s moments like these, dancing with world-class artists, that fuel my passion for social dancing and teaching.

My Approach to Latin Dance
I believe the magic happens when you stop focusing on just the count and start listening to the instruments. My teaching centers on musicality. In my classes, we break down the sounds of the Cowbell, Guiro, and Clave so you can move with the rhythm rather than just keeping time. I want you to feel that rush when the beat hits and your feet just move naturally.

- Mambo & Salsa On2: We dive deep into footwork and shines. It is not just about the steps, but about how you carry your body and maintain your slot.
- Connection Technique: No stiff arms here. I teach lead and follow mechanics that create a soft, light, and responsive connection with your partner.
- Bachata Sensual: I run warm-up sessions that are perfect if you want to try something new or just get into a flow state before the main party.

I am based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area and love connecting with the local dance community. You can usually find me hosting or teaching at spots like RDX Dance Studio in Thane West. Whether you are a beginner looking for your first class or a seasoned dancer wanting to refine your Afro-Cuban body movement, my doors are open. We keep things flexible with drop-in options and intensive 4-hour bootcamps for those who want to drill hard.
