We chop and toss everything right before dispatch, so that Mango Extravaganza salad or Pesto Couscous bowl arrives crisp, never wilted. We even serve our house-made dressings separately, so you have full control over exactly how much flavour hits your plate.
Why We Don’t Do "Diet Food"
When I started Lean Meal Co. after a health scare in 2019, the biggest problem I found in Mumbai was that "healthy" usually meant boring or soggy. We decided to flip the script. Our salads and bowls are designed to be substantial, 500g meals that actually keep you full, whether you’re looking for a quick lunch or a steady dinner subscription.
Our Process
- Freshness First: We don't prep meals hours in advance. Your bowl is assembled with farm-fresh produce—kale, broccoli, zucchini—only when you order.
- Macro-Balanced: We focus on getting the ratios right. You get roughly 120g-150g of high-quality protein (grilled chicken, paneer, or tofu) paired with nutrient-dense bases like quinoa, couscous, or brown rice.
- Low-Oil Technique: Even our sauces are light. We use around 5ml of oil per preparation, proving you don't need excessive fat for flavour.
