About Our Food Philosophy
Every jar you open starts with a base of 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We do not use canola, sunflower, or palm oil. If you are picking up a tub of our Curry Leaf Hummus or Kale Pesto, know that it was likely blended that same morning, without stabilizers to keep it sitting on a shelf for months.
It is simple. We do not use preservatives, we do not use pasteurization, and we do not hide behind long ingredient lists. Our process in our Juhu kitchen is intentionally slow. We source seasonal vegetables, we chop them by hand, and we toss them into blends that actually taste like real food.
When we talk about 'kitchen romance', we mean ingredients falling in love. Think sweet potato meeting chickpea flour, or tofu pairing with gochujang. We take classic profiles and give them a fresh spin because we believe food should be exciting.
We deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, and we make sure your order leaves our kitchen at peak freshness. Because we skip the preservatives, our products have a shorter shelf life, so plan to eat them within 3 to 5 days. It is a small trade-off for eating clean, nutrient-dense food that you can actually feel good about.
