About Behind The Scenes

We don't just assemble food; we chop, boil, and toss everything by hand in our Juhu kitchen every single day. When you see our grazing tables or jars, you are looking at the result of a process where we refuse to use preservatives, stabilizers, or anything that didn't start as fresh, whole produce.

Why do we pull back the curtain on our kitchen process? Because we believe in total transparency. In an industry often reliant on long shelf-life additives and pre-packaged powders, we chose the harder path: making everything from scratch.

Our kitchen is pure, organized chaos. We source seasonal vegetables directly from the market, treat them with care, and transform them into what we call 'kitchen romances'—like our Curry Leaf Hummus or Beetroot Pesto. We don't follow the standard food industry protocols that require pasteurization or refined oils. Instead, we stick to 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh herbs, and whatever the season gives us.

Whether it's a pop-up stall at a local Mumbai market like The Vintage Garden or a private catering order for a house party, we treat the preparation exactly the same.
