About Artisanal Hummus Creations
Since we never pasteurize our hummus or use preservatives, freshness is the priority. Your jars arrive in 200ml reusable glass containers and require refrigeration immediately upon delivery. Plan to enjoy them within 3 to 5 days to experience the texture exactly as we intended it, which is fluffy, creamy, and packed with flavour.
We do not do fine print, just fine ingredients. When we set out to make hummus, the goal was to ditch the store-bought powders and bland oils for something that actually tastes like the ingredients on the label.
Why Our Hummus Feels Different
Most commercial hummus is pasteurized for shelf life, which kills the texture and dulls the flavour. We do the opposite. We use only high-grade chickpeas and 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil. You will not find palm, canola, or sunflower oils in our jars. By skipping stabilizers and additives, we keep the texture light and the taste vibrant.
