Instead, we use simple swaps, like curd or cashews for creaminess, to keep your meal light and easy to digest.

We also lean into age-old kitchen wisdom. Whether it is adding a pinch of hing to aid digestion or using lemon juice to keep bhindi crisp without the gumminess, these are not just hacks.
