Success in cricket is rarely a sudden event. It is a long, methodical process that we oversee every single day at our academy. When I look at our players heading to the MPL, I see the result of our Holistic Athlete Development Program.

We do not look for shortcuts. Whether it is a spinner working on their release point in our indoor nets or a batter practicing against pace on our turf wickets, every session counts. We train our players to handle the mental load as much as the physical one.

Building a Professional Mindset

• Technical Precision: With a 1:15 coach-to-student ratio, we fix footwork and stance long before a player enters a competitive trial.
• Beyond Practice: Through our partnerships and MCA connections, we ensure our players get the match exposure they need. Our weekly practice matches with official umpires create a real-game atmosphere, reducing anxiety during actual selection trials.

I have always believed that talent is just the starting point. When a young player arrives here, my coaches and I focus on the 'vijigishu vrutti' (fighting spirit). We drill them, we test their fitness with beep tests, and we work on their mental toughness. Seeing trainees like Samidha Chougale and Swanjali Muley succeed is a testament to this grind.
