Cricket Selection Trials for Aspiring Athletes
The path to professional cricket begins here. We are looking for technique, but more importantly, we are testing for the fighting spirit.

Young cricketers line up at the registration desk for our selection trials. We see determination in their eyes even before they step onto the field.
The registration process is the first step. Players fill out their forms, ready to showcase their skills and compete for a coveted spot in our academy.

Awaiting their turn, young players watch the trials from the stands. The atmosphere is competitive yet supportive, as they all share the same passion for cricket.
The indoor facility is packed with aspiring cricketers during our selection trials. Our coaches observe from the sidelines, looking for that spark of exceptional talent.

I personally oversee the selection trials, watching the young talent closely. It is important for me to identify players with not just skill, but also the right attitude.

About Nurturing Future Champions: Selection Trials
During our selection trials, coaches prioritize temperament over raw technique. We know a player can learn to refine a cover drive, but they cannot be taught the hunger to win. Be prepared to show your character, your grit, and your fitness. When you step onto the field, we watch how you handle the pressure, not just how you hold the bat.
Trials are the gatekeepers to our training programs, and we take this process seriously. Whether you are aiming for the U12 foundation batch or the U23 elite squads, the expectation remains the same: discipline. We are not just looking for stats. We are looking for that 'vijigishu vrutti' (fighting spirit).
A player might have a beautiful stance, but if they lack the discipline to do the drill and repeat work in the off-season, they will not last. Our trials involve a standard physical assessment, net sessions under the watchful eyes of our coaching staff, and a brief conversation to understand your long-term goals. We test for speed, agility, and decision-making. You will hear our coaches shouting 'step uthao jara, speed badhao abhi' (lift your steps, increase your speed) because cricket is played with the body. We operate across multiple locations, from Thergaon in Pune to Churchgate and Chembur in Mumbai. If you are serious about representing your state or playing at the professional level, bring your kit and your best effort. We provide the platform, the turf wickets, and the mentorship; you bring the sweat. The path is hard, but we are here to guide you.

I believe that talent is everywhere, but it needs the right environment to bloom. My team and I personally watch every trial because we are looking for that spark in the eye, that specific hunger that defines a future cricketer.
