Design & Visualization
- Concept Development: Creation of mood boards defining color palettes, lighting strategy, and furniture styles.
- Space Planning: Architectural layouts focused on circulation flow and hierarchy of spaces to optimize carpet area.
- 3D Walkthroughs: Detailed rendered views for major rooms (Living, Bedroom, Kitchen) to visualize the aesthetic before work begins.
Technical Working Drawings (GFC)
- Civil & Layouts: Demolition and erection plans for structural changes, including niche creation and room expansion.
- MEP Details: Exact switchboard layouts, automation power points, and plumbing details for high-end fixtures.
- Reflected Ceiling Plans: Detailed drawings for false ceilings showing cove positions, track lights, and profile lighting.
- Joinery Details: Millwork drawings for custom furniture like floating TV units and wardrobes.
Professional Support
- Site Supervision: Periodic visits (4 to 6 per month) by the architect or supervisor to ensure design adherence.
- Material Selection: Assisted visits to showrooms for selecting tiles, marble, veneers, and sanitary ware.
- Vendor Coordination: Technical coordination with third-party vendors for ACs and automation systems.
Premium Turnkey Execution
Civil, Flooring & Wall Finishes
- Flooring: Italian Marble or large-format glazed vitrified tiles (GVT) for living areas; wooden flooring or premium tiles for bedrooms. Includes mirror polishing.
- Wall Treatment: POP punning on all walls for a smooth base, finished with premium washable emulsions (e.g., Asian Paints Royale). Includes accent walls with fluted WPC panels or veneers.
- False Ceiling: Designer Gypsum ceiling with provisions for coves, recessed tracks, and sharp edge detailing.
Premium Woodwork
- Modular Kitchen: Marine-ply carcass with Acrylic or PU-coated shutters, featuring soft-close hardware (Hettich/Hafele) and pantry units.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling units using commercial ply, finished in PU polish, Veneer, or anti-scratch high-gloss laminates.
- Custom Furniture: Fabrication of floating TV units, vanity counters, and study tables aligned with the architectural theme.
Electrical & Services
- Lighting: Supply and installation of architectural lights including COB spots, magnetic tracks, and profile LEDs.
- Electrical Work: New wiring (Polycab/Havells) where required, shifting of points, and installation of modular switches (Legrand/Schneider).
- Glass & Bath: Toughened glass shower partitions, backlit mirrors, and vanity fabrication.
Project Management
- Execution: Dedicated site supervisor for daily labor management and quality control.
- Logistics: Handling of all material procurement and debris removal.
- Handover: Deep cleaning of the entire site upon completion.

- On-site execution: I’m hands-on, making sure the space goes from bare shell to finished interiors without cutting corners.

Bold minimalism is my thing. I like uncluttered, clean lines but also want the place to feel lived-in. I do a lot of:
- Minimalist apartment interiors
- Contemporary touches with modern furniture, lighting, and textured walls
- Natural stone wall cladding for that grand, timeless vibe
I handle both residential and commercial spaces, from flats and farmhouses to retail interiors.
