Standard Modern Interiors & Woodwork
Design & Vastu
- 2D Layout planning with basic Vastu directional compliance.
- 3D Views for Kitchen and Wardrobes.
- Material selection assistance at the studio.
Modular Woodwork
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling units using Commercial BWR Plywood. Finish: 1mm standard Laminate (Matte/Gloss). Basic soft-close hinges (Hettich/Hafele economy range).
- Kitchen: Modular setup with HDHMR carcass. Shutters in High-Gloss Acrylic or Laminate. Includes cutlery tray, bottle pull-out, and distinct grain trolley.
- Countertop: Indian Granite.
Ceiling & Lighting
- False Ceiling: Gypsum board perimeter styling or simple flat ceiling with cove provisions in Living & Master Bedroom.
- Lighting: Supply and installation of standard round LED panel lights and warm strip lights.
Wall Finishes
- Paint: Premium Plastic Emulsion (Asian Paints Royale or equivalent).
- Highlighters: Standard wallpaper installation on one accent wall per room.

Advanced Design
- Comprehensive Vastu auditing and correction plan.
- High-fidelity 3D renders (Concepts to Creations workflow).
- Dedicated Project Manager for site execution.
Premium Woodwork
- Finishes: Premium natural Veneer with Melamine/PU Polish OR Duco paint finish on HDHMR/Ply.
- Wardrobes: Openable or Sliding wardrobes with lacquered glass or PU shutters. Internals with fabric-texture laminates. Hardware: Hettich/Blum soft-close.
- TV Units: Marble-finish laminate or stone veneer cladding, fluted WPC panels, and tinted glass cabinets.
Bespoke Furniture
- Beds: Custom-designed beds with floor-to-ceiling upholstered headboards (Velvet/Leatherette) featuring vertical paneling or arched designs.
- Seating: Fixed bay window storage solutions or vanity seating niches.
Luxury Kitchen & Bath
- Kitchen: PU coated shutters or Lacquered glass. Quartz countertop (Kalinga Stone/Caesarstone). Branded organizers (Tall unit, wicker baskets, magic corner).

- Walls: Combination of Louvers, PVD Gold Metal Strips, Charcoal sheets, and Texture Paint.
Luxury Bath & Bar Renovation
Civil & Plumbing
- Complete dismantling of existing tiles/fittings and debris disposal.
- Waterproofing treatments and new plumbing piping (CPVC/UPVC).
- Installation of large format GVT Tiles (4ft x 2ft) or Italian Marble flooring.
